I offer one-on-one therapy for adults (college age and up) who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or trying to find themselves again- especially after difficult or toxic relationships.
My approach is supportive, practical, and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll gently unpack what you’ve been through, make sense of your patterns, and focus on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life moving forward.
Sessions aren’t just about talking- they’re about real growth, clarity, and learning tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.
I’m licensed in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, and New Jersey. This means you must be physically located in one of those states at the time of your session.

If you’re located in New Jersey, we’re in-network with several major insurance plans, which can make therapy more affordable and accessible.
If you prefer not to use insurance- or if we’re out-of-network for your plan- you’re always welcome to work with me privately. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
For clients in Connecticut, Delaware, and Florida, sessions are offered on a private pay basis. If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill to help you get reimbursed.
My goal is to make this process as simple and transparent as possible, so you can focus on getting the support you need; not navigating confusing insurance details.
