  • I provide individual therapy to adults (college age and up).

    I am licensed in the states of CT, DE & NJ, which means clients must be physically located in one of those states when conducting session.

  • Yes- for those clients in NJ, we are in network with several major insurance companies. We also see clients privately, and can offer a superbill for out of network reimbursement.

    For CT and DE clients, all services are private pay and we can offer a supervill if requested.

  • Yes! We believe therapy is best done where you are your most comfortable. All services are telehealth so you can join from your safest place.
